Learning Journey week

Yo Hi blog!
This week is kinda busy yet free. We went to so many places for Learning Journeys. Some are fun but some really is kinda bad.
I went to
Monday--morning, School for MAD, Maths Active Day
Tuesday--morning, somewhere around city hall for History of RGS and afternoon, School for MAD
Wednesday--morning, WELL, Wallace Environmental Learning Lab and afternoon Ang Mo Kio for Journey                     of Erros
Thursday--noon, NEWater visitors' centre
Friday--afternoon, Asian Civilisation Museum

It's good on thur and fri that i can wake up later =D.
MAD is quite ok and i am relieved that my group's maths game wasn't selected. We didn't want those extra troubles.
History of RGS is not part of history lesson and it's kinda ok too. We went around city hall and listened to the guide explaining about RGS moving around in the past 131 years. Wow, our school is so old... He also talked about RI cos RGS and it are kinda related. Actually, the old building are all no longer there but replace by other ones like Raffles Hotel, Raffles City Mall, Singapore Management University... The gorvernment told them to move cos the land there are very expensive. RGS is moving to somewhere in Bradell in 5 years time, when i will be in JC1, cos the land we are on now cost about a billion or so. Wow. No wonder school fee so expensive. LOL. JK.
The WELL trip for science was really kinda bad cos it rained very heavily on that day and we had too go into the forest carrying umbrella. WELL is on Bukit Timah Hill or something, I think. We were measuring the trees and doing things that were not fun. =( And we got scolding by Chemistry teacher, Mr Lau, for looking like half-dead. I wore my aunt's long light pink pants and i really regreted it cos it got really dirty and wasted lots of my time washing it later.
The Journey of Erros for English was the best, I feel so but Hui Ling doesn't. We went in groups of 6, i was the leader, decided by drawing of lords. We got to find signs with erros in English used around somewhere called the Central Stage. It was more fun than i expected. We got to drink bubble tea when doing task. Cool. The teachers were nice too. The only bad thing is that we've work to do after it, individual reflection. :(
Visiting the NEWater centre was kinda ok, shorter than expected. I've been there in p4 but can't really remember liao.
The museum trip for History was ok ok lah. A bit better than I expected. I am dong the Indonesia Dayak culture and i copied the long notes which made my hand tired. We got to buy Ice-creams outside.
Well, the most irritating thing about all LJ is that we have WORK to do after that! That's BAD...

Next week is March holiday. OH NOOOO! I don't like it! Cos i have girl guides camp from monday to wednesday! And First-aid course on thursday! That means I will spend 4 days and 2 nights in school in a HOLIDAY! That's definitely not fun at all! =(
